We match you to the right level of care using ASAM criteria — not whichever program has an opening.
Treat
Care is delivered by the organization that specializes in that level, with psychiatric support throughout.
Transition
As needs change, you step up or down with a warm handoff and your record comes with you.

Residential Treatment
24/7 structured care for substance use and co-occurring conditions.
Residential programs at ASAM levels 3.1 and 3.5, for up to 90 days, in separate men's and women's settings in Anoka and Fridley.

Recovery Hub
Outpatient Recovery
IOP, outpatient, and community-based care.
Structured treatment that fits around work, family, and home life — in person in Anoka or virtually — with a psychiatric follow-up within a week of admission.
- Intensive outpatient, about 18 hours of group weekly
- Standard outpatient with flexible scheduling
- Peer support, relapse prevention, and recovery housing referrals

Mental Health & Psychiatry
Therapy, psychiatry, and medication management.
Diagnostic assessments, individual, family and couples therapy, psychiatric care, and MAT — as a standalone service or alongside substance use treatment.
